Fosun says 'vanished' chief cooperating with Chinese judicial authorities

[BEIJING] The billionaire chairman of one of China's biggest private-sector conglomerates, Club Med owner Fosun, is cooperating with Chinese judicial authorities after disappearing from public view, the company said Friday.
"After making enquiries, the Company understands that Mr Guo (Guangchang) is currently assisting in certain investigations carried out by Mainland judiciary authorities," Fosun said in a statement.
