Highest customer satisfaction levels recorded in 2016
Increase driven by better performance in finance & insurance and healthcare sectors

SINGAPORE registered its highest recorded customer satisfaction level last year at 71.8 points, up 1.69 points from a year ago.
The uptick was driven by improvements in the finance & insurance and healthcare sectors, said the Institute of Service Excellence (ISE) on Wednesday as it released its Customer Satisfaction Index of Singapore (CSISG).
As the index is gross domestic product-weighted, the finance & insurance industry contributed substantially to the national score.
