HR plan launched to unlock manpower potential

EFFECTIVE human resource (HR) leadership can meet future demands for corporate versatility. This was the ethos behind the unveiling of the Human Resource Industry Manpower Plan on Monday.
"Our vision? A Singapore where HR is a key that effectively unlocks the potential of our people and businesses to adapt and transform," said Second Minister for Manpower Josephine Teo in her officiating speech.
