[JAKARTA] Indonesia's statistics bureau on Tuesday revised higher its figures for September's exports and trade surplus.

The bureau said that in September, Indonesia exported US$12.57 billion worth of products, up from its preliminary figure of US$12.51 billion.

The bureau maintained its figure for September imports at US$11.30 billion.

The changes in exports brought September's trade surplus to US$1.27 billion, instead of the US$1.22 billion reported a month ago.

Earlier on Tuesday, the bureau said Southeast Asia's largest economy had a trade surplus of US$1.21 billion in October.

Indonesia has had a trade surplus every month this year.
