Indonesia's trade surplus narrowed to US$477m in June

[JAKARTA] Indonesia's trade surplus narrowed to US$477 million in June from a revised US$1.08 billion in May, the statistics bureau said on Wednesday.
A Reuters poll of analysts had expected a surplus of US$430 million. The surplus was Indonesia's seventh straight monthly surplus.
Exports in June were US$13.44 billion, down 12.78 per cent from a year ago. Imports were US$12.96 billion, falling 17.42 per cent from a year ago.
