SINGAPORE companies unexpectedly sagged in their overall promptness with making payments in the first quarter of this year, after having improved in the fourth quarter of 2014.
The latest payment statisticsfrom the Singapore Commercial Credit Bureau (SCCB) quashed earlier hopes of a further improvement in payment performance, said Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) Singapore, which compiles this quarterly data through the SCCB.
