Local, foreign firms to vie for RM100b of Malaysia rail jobs

WITH more than RM100 billion (S$32.1 billion) worth of rail jobs scheduled to be undertaken in the coming years in Malaysia, rail players both local and foreign are getting organised to put themselves in contention for a piece of the pie ahead of tenders or awards.

On Monday, newly set up Innorail Systems Technology Sdn Bhd signed a strategic partnership agreement with China's O&C Electric Technique Co Ltd (OCET) for auxiliary power supply systems.
