Malaysia's anti-graft authorities deny charge sheet against PM Najib

[PETALING JAYA] Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) has denied the existence of a draft charge sheet against Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak, saying their investigations have yet to be completed.

Sarawak Report, which on Thursday published an article and a draft charge sheet purportedly with details of charges against Najib, alleged that the charge sheet was drafted by former Attorney General Tan Sri Abdul Gani Patail."Referring to the report by Sarawak Report about the existence of the draft charge sheet, the MACC would like to explain that the investigation report regarding SRC International has not been sent to the Attorney-General Chambers," MACC said in a statement on Friday.
