Public-sector agencies urged to be more diligent in managing public resources, review their usage regularly

THE Public Accounts Committee has urged public-sector agencies to be more diligent in managing public resources. These agencies should also review their usage regularly to optimise their use and minimise wastage.
It said this in response to lapses reported in the Auditor-General's Report last July on the management of land and assets.
