MOF re-appoints chairman, announces board changes

THE Minister for Finance has re-appointed the chairman and eight members of the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (Acra) board, as well as appointed two new members to the board.
The appointments will take effect from April 1.
The re-appointed chairman and eight board members are: chairman Lim Soo Hoon, Sajjad Akhtar, Adrian Chan, Chandra Mallika, Ho Yew Kee, Max Loh Khum Wai, Alan Rupert Nisbet, Yap Chee Keong, and Melissa Khoo Ming.
The two new board members are Singapore Exchange president Muthukrishnan Ramaswami and managing partner of KPMG Singapore Tham Sai Choy.
The retiring members are Yeoh Oon Jin and Cindy Goh.
The Acra board comprises 16 members, including the chairman.
