MSF to hold public consultation on changes to Mental Capacity Act

[SINGAPORE] The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) is proposing changes to the Mental Capacity Act, and it wants public input.
According to a statement released on Monday, it is asking for changes in three key areas of the Act, which allows adults to legally appoint donees to take charge of their welfare and estate in the event that they lose mental capacity.
