ENGINEERS will be able to get a boost in their career progression, thanks to the Engineers Progression Pathway launched on Thursday by the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) and its U Associate partner The Institution of Engineers, Singapore (IES) at the Engineers and Sustainable Development Forum 2015.
The optional, three-tiered scheme will help both new and senior engineers move up the career ladder by equipping them with the necessary leadership skills and expertise in technology management.
