New logistics sector blueprint to create PMET jobs, add value

THE Singapore government has unveiled a blueprint that hopes to create 2,000 new white-collar jobs and add billions of dollars in value to the economy's logistics sector.
At the groundbreaking of JTC Logistics Hub@Gul on Wednesday, Minister for Industry S Iswaran launched the logistics industry transformation map aimed at restructuring the sector and retaining Singapore's position as a global logistics hub.
