New Zealand posts 0.9% GDP growth in Q3

[WELLINGTON] New Zealand's gross domestic product rose a seasonally adjusted 0.9 per cent in the third quarter, led by service industries and manufacturing, official data showed on Thursday. It rose a seasonally adjusted 2.3 per cent on the year.
Economists polled by Reuters had forecast production-based growth of 0.8 per cent for the quarter. They expected it to be 2.3 per cent higher than a year ago.
