A NEW non-profit body aimed at helping local businesses overcome the manpower crunch has been officially launched.
The Workforce Advancement Federation (WAF) seeks to provide small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with practical advice on training and retaining their employees, particularly through peer-to-peer sharing.
