One dead, several injured in Belgian airport blasts
[BRUSSELS] One person died and several were injured when explosions hit the departure hall of Brussels airport on Tuesday morning, Belgium's Belga news agency said.
All flights at the airport have been suspended, the air traffic control service added.
Two explosions were heard at Brussels airport early on Tuesday morning. The cause of the explosions was not immediately clear. Sky news in London said the blasts had occurred in the departures lounge and cited reports it had occurred near the American Airlines desk.
Belgian media said rail traffic to the airport was suspended.
