A SLEW of pacts were sealed on Tuesday to broaden and deepen the partnership between Singapore and China after the annual high-level bilateral cooperation meetings.
The two countries signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on four collaborative projects in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City to focus on smart city development, an iconic garden project, as well as promoting the Eco-City as a demonstration city for water resources management and green buildings.
