PM Lee conferred honorary Seoul citizenship

PRIME Minister Lee Hsien Loong was made an honorary citizen of Seoul on Thursday as he became only the third Singaporean in history and the 13th foreign dignitary overall to receive such an honour.
Mr Lee follows in the footsteps of former president SR Nathan and Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong, who became honorary citizens during their respective visits to the South Korean capital in 2002 and 1999.
