PM Lee in Vientiane, Laos, for Asean summits
Regional integration, disaster relief, South China Sea, terrorism and trade are key issues for Asean and regional leaders

SINGAPORE'S Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong arrived in Vientiane on Monday night, ahead of a three-day gathering of 17 other Asean leaders and regional counterparts.
At the top of their agenda at the 28th and 29th Asean Summits and other related meetings to be held from Tuesday until Thursday will be discussions aimed at drawing up blueprints for deepening regional integration.
