Russian sovereign bonds take into account possible credit downgrade: central bank governor

[MOSCOW]- The Russian central bank Governor Elvira Nabiullina said on Friday that the risks of further possible credit downgrade are already priced into the country's sovereign bonds. "However, risks (of yields rising) exist," Nabiullina said.
