BUSINESS confidence in the Asia-Pacific region picked up in the second quarter, led by a stronger sentiment in China, where the sense of crisis that dominated the second half of 2015 has faded, said a global economic conditions survey report for 2Q16 released yesterday by the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and the Institute of Management Accountants.
