Singapore still best place to do business: World Bank

SINGAPORE is the best country to do business in, topping for a ninth straight year a World Bank ranking that showed improvements by the UK and China while Japan declined.
"Doing Business report measures a slender segment of the complex organism that any modern economy is," said World Bank chief economist Kaushik Basu in a forward to the report.
