S'pore-EU FTA expected to come into force after 2016

WHILE negotiations for the EU-Singapore Free Trade Agreement (EUSFTA) have come to a close with the text of the Investment Protection Chapter (IPC) finalised, the pact is now expected to come into force after 2016.
