S'pore firms shown investment potential in Kazakhstan SEZs

THE spotlight was on the investment potential in the special economic zones (SEZs) of Kazakhstan at an inaugural roadshow held here last Wednesday.
The ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Singapore, Yerlan Baudarbek-Kozhatayev, urged Singaporean companies to start business in Kazakhstan to leverage on the high level of political contacts and increased trade and economic relations between the countries. In particular, the special economic zone "Park of innovative technologies" got an airing as various potential opportunities there were presented to potential investors.
