SPRING Singapore's chief executive Tan Kai Hoe will step down on July 31 to join the private sector after six years.
He had joined Spring as deputy chief executive in June 2009 and was appointed chief executive in May 2013. Before that, he was the Chief of Staff (Naval Staff) of the Republic of Singapore Navy.
