ST Electronics and SUTD launch first joint cybersecurity laboratory

[SINGAPORE] Singapore Technologies (ST) Electronics and the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) launched a S$44.3 million joint cybersecurity laboratory on Friday (May 13), which is aimed at researching and coming up new solutions to current and future cyberthreats.
The ST Electronics-SUTD Cyber Security Laboratory, in the university's Changi campus, is supported by the National Research Foundation under the Corporate Laboratory@University Scheme. It is the first laboratory under the scheme to focus on cybersecurity.
