PRIME Minister Lee Hsien Loong on Friday stressed the need for Singapore to have strong leaders at the helm, with the ruling People's Action Party (PAP) duty-bound to provide this leadership for the country.
Speaking at an event to mark the party's 60th anniversary, Mr Lee, the PAP's secretary-general, said that Singapore must look ahead to its future, where it faces a different path.
