Taiwan April jobless rate falls to over 1-1/2-year low

[TAIPEI] Taiwan's unemployment rate fell to its lowest level in over a year and a half in April, the government said on Monday.
The seasonally-adjusted jobless rate fell to 3.78 per cent last month, down from March's 3.84 per cent, data released by the Directorate General of Budget, Accounting and Statistics showed.
April's rate was the lowest since August 2015 when it was at 3.77 per cent.
