BREXIT will take place by end-March, but parliamentary interventions during the two-year negotiating process could hinder the UK government's strategy to get the best possible deals.
The House of Lords is expected to follow the Commons' overwhelming majority to pass the Brexit Bill. The government should thus be able to trigger Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty, allowing it to begin negotiating to leave the European Union by the end of March.
