10-day Grand Prix Season Singapore begins on Sept 11
THIS year's Grand Prix Season Singapore (GPSS) - themed "One Stop Non Stop" - will be from Sept 11 to 20.
The Singapore Tourism Board (STB) said on Thursday that during GPSS 2015, a range of activities will be held islandwide as the entire city gears up for the race season.
Said Jean Ng, director, sports, STB: "Grand Prix Season Singapore returns again in 2015 with the continued support of our new and existing industry stakeholders, where their diverse and innovative lifestyle offerings complement the race and provide for a most all-encompassing and dynamic season for all to be part of. With more than 100 events and promotions this year, GPSS is set to grow and provide an additional unique value proposition for the Singapore race."
The 2015 Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix remains the only night street race in the global Formula One circuit.
STB says ticket holders can look forward to in-circuit concert headliners such as Bon Jovi, Maroon 5, Pharrell Williams and Spandau Ballet, together with fringe acts and performances.
