THE Straits Times Run in the City drew 12,000 participants to its fourth edition on Sunday amid a carnival of food trucks and sponsors' tents and live music. Runners enjoyed a scenic morning route through the heart of the city, passing by Singapore's iconic landmarks such as the Singapore Flyer, Marina Barrage, Jubilee Bridge, Gardens by the Bay, and the National Stadium.
This year's event, backed once again by presenting sponsor Panasonic, was held at the F1 Pit Building. The first event was held at the Punggol Waterway in 2013 while the last two were held at the Singapore Sports Hub.
