WITH just two days of competition left in the SEA Games, the battle to be the kings of sport in the region looks to be a two-horse race between host Singapore and traditional powerhouse Thailand.
The Thais are leading the way with 87 gold medals, just five more than the Republic's amazing 82 as at Sunday night. But Singapore has 252 medals overall compared to Thailand's 234.
