Ajax Amsterdam will be chomping at the bit to win against an injury-stricken Manchester United
Singapore
THIS year's Europa League final will be contested by two of the world's most glamorous and successful football clubs in history - Manchester United of England, and Ajax Amsterdam from the Netherlands.
The showpiece match at the sold-out 50,000-seater Friends Arena in Stockholm on Wednesday night (Thursday, 2.45am kickoff, Singapore time) is much more than just a 90-minute fixture (or 120 minutes if extra time is needed to determine a winner).
