THE DBS Marina Regatta - the largest watersport festival in Singapore - is returning for a fifth edition next month, with a record total of S$230,000 to be given out to the fastest dragon boating teams in the region.
About 180 teams and more than 3,000 athletes will sweat it out on the waters of Marina Bay over two weekends - May 28 and 29, and June 4 and 5 - for a share of the sport's highest prize purse to date.
