Have no fear, Google Wifi is here
This product is for anyone who needs an easy-to-manage but powerful network for the house
GOOGLE Wifi came to Singapore on Aug 30. Its launch in October 2016 generated plenty of buzz on the Internet, with commentators saying it was all part of a grand plan to push more Google into homes as part of a larger Internet-of-Things strategy.
Pick up one of the Google Wifi nodes and you are greeted with a classic, seamless aesthetic, designed to fit anywhere in your home. Each Google Wifi box comes with the node itself, a quick-start guide, some warranty information and a power cable terminating in the new reversible USB Type-C port, and a white Ethernet cable.
Traditional routers are large, boxy items, some looking rather alien with eight antennae and weirdly-shaped housings.
