WHEN Gill McLaren left her job in 2016, she was the general manager of Coca-Cola for Singapore, Malaysia and Brunei. The corporate chieftain had been working in executive leadership roles for 20 years, and to many, it looked like she had a cushy job and nothing more to ask for.
But somewhere along that road, she had an epiphany, which started her on a 10-year journey in pursuit of what she terms "the best life".
