SICC's May Day event raises S$1.4m

FOUR months of intense preparations, hinging on hours of meetings and numerous telephone calls, resulted in a day of fun, themed The Joy Of Giving.

The Singapore Island Country Club's (SICC) 46th May Day Charity event on May 1 was a tremendous success as more than 700 players enjoyed a great day of golf over three courses, culminating in a sumptuous gala dinner graced by SICC patron, President Tony Tan Keng Yam.
