1,300 volunteers make bank's third Silver Lining Carnival a day to remember for members of 26 VWOs

STANCHART mobilised some 1,300 volunteers to spend last Saturday with about 800 needy elderly folk at the bank's third Silver Lining Carnival. Minister for Social and Family Development Tan Chuan-Jin joined participants from 26 Voluntary Welfare Organisations (VWOs) for the event held at the Changi Exhibition Centre.
Employee volunteerism has increased significantly for the bank in the past two years.
