ARGENTINIAN beef won't be the only thing sizzling when Pablo Sosa and his wife Mariela Maldonado serve up some authentic tango rarely seen on the Singapore stage.
Well-known for its sensuality, tango is Argentina's national dance, which is enjoying a second wind as its young people show fresh interest in their cultural heritage.
"What we bring to Singapore will be real tango and we want to show the evolution of the dance from the 1940s," says Sosa enthusiastically.
