Cashing in on her YouTube credit
WHEN she posted a video of herself singing on YouTube, Cameroon-born Irma Pany had absolutely no idea of the success that would follow.
She says: "I was trying to send the song to one of my friends via e-mail, but the file was too large. At that time, YouTube was like Facebook, where you shared content with the people close to you, and didn't think twice about it."
After receiving many views and positive comments on her videos, she received a message from Michael Goldman, a co-founder of crowd-funding platform My Major Company to be a part of the platform.
