The circus is in town and due to popular demand, it's staying on for a little longer. Cirque du Soleil's Kurios - Cabinet of Curiosities has now extended its run until August to welcome more visitors to the Big Top at Bayfront Avenue. Written and directed by Michel Laprise, who was also behind Madonna's MDNA tour, the visual spectacle transports its audience to a fantasy world where daredevil gymnasts, acrobats, contortionists, hand-puppeteers, yo-yo wizards and clowns perform gravity-defying acts designed to make hearts stop and jaws drop. There are 426 props in the show - the most of any production in Cirque du Soleil's history - and some of the members of its 122-strong cast are veterans who have been touring with the company for as long as 15 years.
Kurios - Cabinet of Curiosities runs until August 4. Book tickets via Sistic, cirquedusoleil.com/kurios, or over the phone at +65 6348 5555.
