Young and Restless

It's the last weekend to see Chan + Hori's edgy and provocative exhibition of works by young artists Muhammad Izdi and Joo Choon Lin at its new gallery space in Gillman Barracks. In his narrative works, Izdi presents the recurring supernatural figure of the "oily man" appearing in various social and political scenes as a commentary on the evil that men do. Meanwhile, Joo creates a spectacularly zany installation combining video, sound and sculptures - all inspired by the spleen. Chan + Hori is located at 6, Lock Road, #02-09, in Gillman Barracks.
