Bruno Menard to leave the Deliciae Group
THE Deliciae Hospitality Management Group and top French chef Bruno Menard will be parting ways next month, both parties announced yesterday evening.
The news comes about two years after the local food and beverage group headed by Frenchmen Olivier Bendel first brought Mr Menard to Singapore as its culinary director in January 2012.
"It was a common decision made amicably, and we remain good friends," says Mr Bendel, adding that it was "a natural evolution for both parties to keep growing in our own ways".
