IF you weren't born with a silver spoon in your mouth and you wish to collect art, you may want to follow the footsteps of the Vogels or Hady Ang.
Mr Ang, 61, began collecting Chinese antiques in 1979 on his modest civil servant's salary. But, by the 1990s, the prices of Chinese antiques had risen so much that he could not afford them.
