In the latest instalment of the Fast and Furious movie franchise, a blonde villainess called Cipher (Charlize Theron) is a cyber-terrorist who can control cars - new ones in showrooms as well as used ones in carparks - and transform them into an army of wheeled drones to attack the crew of street racers previously led by Dom (Vin Diesel).
