AUDI'S FLAGSHIP limousine is not only fully electrified, it's also very clever. The new Audi A8 will have the usual V6, V8 and W12 petrol engines but each is now a mild hybrid.
But if "mild'' is not in your vocabulary, there is also an A8 L e-tron quattro - a powerful plug-in hybrid with wireless charging.
It has 449 hp of system power and 700 Nm of system torque and a lithium-ion battery that allows 50 km of electric driving.
