Wagokoro Hide Yamamoto

FANS of Japanese chef Hide Yamomoto can now dine at his third eatery in Singapore, this time located at Robertson Quay. Chef Yamomoto has two other restaurants in Marina Bay Sands.

Called Wagokoro Hide Yamamoto, the cosy restaurant which sits 12 at the counter and has a private dining room, serves Kappo cuisine. What this means is that the dishes are prepared Kappo-style, referring to the Japanese cooking methods of cutting, frying, stewing and boiling, right in front of diners.
