    Fancy yourself an underwater explorer? Airbnb and BBC Worldwide recently announced that the submarine from the show Blue Planet II, OceanX's Alucia, has been listed on home-sharing site Airbnb. No, it's not for booking - you have to win the right to journey 1,000m below sea level to witness some of the most spectacular marine life in the Bahamas.

    The objective is to raise awareness about ocean exploration and conservation - besides the bragging rights of being part of the ultimate Airbnb experience. Three lucky travellers will get economy class tickets to Nassau and a two-night stay on board the Alucia and two nights at an Airbnb property before and after the expedition. They also get to bring a guest each. To win a spot, you need to craft a short 50- to 550-word essay about your dream adventure and why you think you deserve a spot on this trip.
