The serpent has inspired many important names in art, design and fashion, including luxury jewellery house Bulgari. Since the 1940s, Bulgari's Serpenti pieces, with their seductive snake-like coil effect, have become increasingly iconic fashion pieces. Famous fans of the Serpenti include Elizabeth Taylor who wore them in the 1963 film Cleopatra. It's your last week to catch Bulgari's SerpentiForm exhibition at ArtScience Museum. Curated by the Bulgari Brand and Heritage Curator Lucia Boscaini and the maison's Brand Heritage Department, the show features some of the extraordinary pieces in the Bulgari collection. There are also contemporary artworks depicting the snake, by famous artists such as Joan Miró, Alexander Calder, Keith Haring, Niki de Saint Phalle and Heri Dono.

SerpentiForm is now on at the Marina Bay Sands' ArtScience Museum till Oct 15. Tickets available online or at the door.
