ALAIN Ducasse likes to collect "beautiful addresses around the world" for his restaurants. No wonder, considering that the celebrated French chef-restaurateur has cemented his presence in the likes of Paris's Plaza Athenee, London's Dorchester and Monaco's Hôtel de Paris. And from today onwards, he can add the storied Raffles Singapore to that list, as part of his stable of 30 restaurants around the world.
